The dining room with a fireplace brings everyone together around a single table, and the outdoor area with a barbecue and speakers lets you extend the celebration outdoors for as long as you like, without disturbing anyone.
Being in an area with no neighbours, you can play music, organise games and enjoy the group in complete peace. The lounge has a billiard table, table football, ping pong and darts for all ages, and the two pools (a large one of 120 m² and a small one of 14 m²) are a delight for young and old during the hot months.

The layout of the house, with seven bedrooms and three full bathrooms, allows several generations to live together comfortably: grandparents, parents, cousins and children all have their space without feeling cramped. Arriving by train to Bobadilla station, right next to the house, makes it easy for each family member to travel their own way and for the group to gather without logistical complications. And if someone needs to switch off, the garden and the surroundings offer walking routes right from the door of the house.

Winter nights by the fireplace and summer pool days, together with the lounge games and the barbecue area, mean the group always has something to do without leaving the property.
